Over the past year, we implemented ads to try and monetize the site. Good idea, right? But in actuality, they made it harder to navigate and earned us next to nothing. We earned literally $1.87: so little, Google won't even let us deposit it. Maybe Google Ads are great for a site that leverages thousands of visitors each day (like the zombified remains of Gawker), but for us script coordinators (and assistants and writers)? Not so great.
So we completely removed the ads. Yay.
"But how can we support scriptcoord.com," you may be asking, "when we've already bought your bestselling guide to script coordinating?" I'm so glad you asked. I'm happy to announce the launch of our new Script Coordinator store! Use your mug to passive-aggressively remind your showrunners that you deserve consideration. Show off your script coordiantor street cred. Or buy a really expensive towel just because. Fingers crossed, we'll have legitimately helpful offerings one day.
But in the mean time, "Survive till '25", right?
